碱化利多卡因联合肝素膀胱灌注治疗间质性膀胱炎疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 间质性膀胱炎（IC）是一种以尿频、尿急、夜尿增多，膀胱充盈后耻骨上区或盆腔疼痛、排尿后症状减轻为主要表现的临床综合征。该病病因复杂，发病机制不明，临床表现缺乏特异性，诊断困难，治疗效果欠佳，已成为一种困扰患者和泌尿外科医师的常见病。近年来，我院对收治的43例IC患者采用碱化利多卡因联合肝素膀胱灌注治疗，效果满意，现报道如下。
