膀胱内前列腺突起程度在诊断良性前列腺增生患者膀胱出口梗阻中的应用

摘要 良性前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性最常见的疾病,膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)及其继发性膀胱功能改变是症状性BPH的两个主要病理要素。近年来,有创性的压力一流率测定被公认为诊断BOO的金标准,并用来评价BOO的程度,但其自身的局限性、创伤性限制了临床应用,尤其对于年老体弱及存在较严重的其他并发症者并不适用。
