摘要
目的：探讨心理护理在重症监护室患者中的临床应用，为临床护理医学提供可靠的理论依据。方法：让患者尽快熟悉ICU环境，时即将进入ICU的患者，应由医护人员简单向患者介绍ICU情况，以保证患者的安全感。结果：做好重症监护室患者的心理护理；使患者对医护人员产生依赖感是十分有益的。结论：做好重症监护室患者的心理护理尤其重要。值得广大护理工作者在临床推广。
Objective：Discusses psychological nursing in the critically ill guardianship room patient＇s clinical practice, provides the reliable theory basis for the clinical nursing medicine. Methods：Lets the patient as soon as possible familiar ICU environment, to patient who soon enters ICU, should brief the ICU situation simply by the medical care personnel to the patient, guarantees patient＇ s security sense. Results：Completes critically ill guardianship room patient＇s psychological nursing; Causes the patient to have the dependent feeling to the medical care personnel is very beneficial. Conclusion： Completes critically ill guardianship room patien＇s psychological nursing to be especially important. Is worth nursing the worker in clinical to promote generally.
