摘要
目的：探讨顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析自2005年3月-2008年5月我院采用顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折25例。结果：25例患者均随访6个月～2年，平均12个月，均达到骨性愈合。结论：顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的治疗效果确切，手术切口小，骨折处无需切开复位，无需过多剥除骨折处的骨膜，并发症少。
