摘要
目的：观察对比电针与常用物理治疗对于臂丛神经损伤所致神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将24例臂丛神经损伤后疼痛的患者随机分为治疗组12例和对照组12例，治疗组予电针治疗，对照组予常用物理治疗，采用简化McGill疼痛询问量表评定两组疼痛情况，进行疗效对比分析。治疗组隔日1次，一周3次，2周为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。对照组每日1次，一周5次，2周为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。结果-24例病人中，19例完成整个疗程，脱失5例。完成全部治疗后，两组在选词阳性项目数、PRI感觉项、PRI总分、VAS（cm）上的积分差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05），PRI情绪项和PPI的积分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组PRI总分和VAS评分与治疗前相比有统计学意义（p〈0．05），PRI情绪项与治疗前相比有显著性差异（p〈0．01）。结论：电针治疗臂丛神经损伤后神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效优于常用物理治疗。
Objective：To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture（EA） and common physical therapy in treating neuropathic pain after brachial plexus iniury. Methods： 24 cases of neuropathic pain after brachial plexus injury were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group which totaled 12 patients was treated with EA therapy, and the controlled group, which also totaled 12 patients, was treated with common physical therapy. The short--form of McGill Pain Questionnaire was used in this study to assess clinical pain. The results and effects were compared and analyzed. The treatment group was treated every other day, 3 times a week, 2 weeks as a course and 2 courses in all. The controlled group was treated every day, 5 times a week, 2 weeks as a course and 2 courses in all. Results： 19 of 24 cases finished the whole courses, 5 cases loss. The scores of positive words items, PRI sensation degrees, total PRI degrees and VAS had statistical differences（p〈0.05） between the two groups, while the scores of PRI emotional degrees and PPI had no statistical differences（p〉0. 05）. The scores of total PRI degrees and VAS of the treatment group before and after treatment had statistical differences（p〈0.05）, and the scores of PRI emotion degrees of the treatment group before and after treatment had significant differences（p〈0.01）. Conclusion：EA was more effective in treating neuropathic pain after brachial plexus injury than common physical therapy.
