摘要
目的:评价消癌平片联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效与安全性。方法:消癌平片口服,1次10片,1日3次,第1-14天;CF200mg/m2·d静滴2h,第1、2天;5-FU400mg/m2·d静注,第1、2天;5-FU600mg/m2·d静滴22h,第1、2天;艾恒85mg/m2·d静滴2h,第1天。结果:全组50例患者,有效率(CR+PR)为46.00%,不良反应为恶心、呕吐,但多为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度,一过性感觉异常。结论:消癌平片联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效较高,不良反应轻而且安全。
Objective：To appraise curative effect and safety of treatment on advanced stage Colorectal Cancer on Xiaoaiping Piece united FOLFOX4 Program.Methods：Xiaoaiping Pieces were taken orally,10 Pieces one time,three times one day,from the first to the 14 th day,intravenous CF 200 mg/m2 ·d 2 h,the Second day,intravenous 5-FU 400 mg/m2 ·d from the first to the second day,intravenous 5-FU 600 mg/m^2·d 22 h,from the first day to the second day,intravenous Oxaliplatin Injection 2 h,the first day.Results：50 cases of patient in group,effective power（CR ＋ PR）was 46.00% ,untoward reactions were nausea and vomiting,but most of tall were Ⅰ-Ⅱ,A transient paresthesia.Conclusion：It is good that curative effect of treatment on advanced stage Colorectal Cancer on Xiaoaiping Piece with FOLFOX4 Program,adverse reaction is less and safe.
