通过改进传统运输机卡板的加工工艺,由原来的铣床加工改进为冲床加工。产品的互换性和质量都有了很大提高,降低了职工劳动强度、提高了生产效率,并取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。为以后霍州煤电集团公司批量生产的加工工艺开创了新局面。
Through improving the processing technique of tradition transport template, from the original milling machine process improves the punch press processing. The product interchangeability and the quality greatly enhance, reduce the labor intensity of staff, raise the production efficiency, and obtain the obvious economic and social benefits. Bring about a new situation for volume production of Huozhou coal electricity group in the future.
