摘要
陶瓷坯体在烧成过程中会发生各种物理和化学反应,烧结体的显微结构随温度的升高而变化,其体积及应力也相应产生变化,从而容易导致产品变形。本文主要阐述了产品在烧结过程中容易产生的变形缺陷,并提出了相应的解决措施。
:With the increase of temperature, physical and chemical reactions occured in the ceramic body which caused the changes of volume and stress of the body, so different kinds of defects could easily appear during sintering. In this paper, distortion defects during sintering were analysed and the corresponding solution was also brought forward.
