摘要
昆钢根据对各种非高炉炼铁工艺进行基础调研,并与北京科技大学合作进行了昆钢原料条件下转底炉生产金属化球团的实验室试验研究,找到了昆钢原料条件下转底炉的适宜操作参数。根据研究结果,决定利用山西瑞拓熔融还原炼铁有限公司的转底炉,进行生产金属化球团的工业性试验,试验取得了成功。
Based on various basic research on iron - making process by non - blast furnace, Kunming Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. decided to cooperate with Beijing University of Science and Technology, carried out experimental research to produce metallized pellets by ro- tary hearth furnace. Suitable operating parameters of rotary hearth furnace were obtained, which fit for the raw materials of Kunming Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. Based on the results, successful industrial trial of producing metallized pellets has been done with rotary hearth furnace of Sanxi Desiree Smelting Reduction Iron-making Co. , Ltd. The industrial trial is described in this paper.
