温度对热浸铝及后续扩散中镀层的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Temperature on Hot-dip Aluminizing Process for Preparing Hydrogen/Tritium Permeation Barrier

摘要 采用热浸镀铝法在不锈钢表面制备铁铝镀层并分析了镀层的组织结构及其影响因素。结果表明:热浸镀纯铝后,镀层由表面铝层和合金层组成,层间结合紧密,镀层较厚。随浸铝温度的升高,外层铝层减薄,而内层合金层明显增厚,镀层总厚度并没有太大差异,在800℃时镀层质量最为优异。在热扩散实验时,900℃时形成的扩散层质量最佳,为韧性相FeAl固溶体和α-Fe(Al)固溶体,镀层中没有孔洞及裂纹生成,为理想的过渡层材料。 A technique of hot dip aluminizing process for preparing Fe-Al film on surface of stainless steels was stud- ied. The results show that, two distinct regions of the coating could be identified: the outer aluminum layer, the in- ter-metallic compound layer. When the immersing temperature was elevated, the thickness of the inter-metallic layer increase, while the outer layer decreased. The coating of specimen dipped at 800℃, with the total thickness of a- bout 25 μm, has the best quality. During the diffusion process at 900 ℃, the aluminum based coating transformed into the ductile phases, FeAl and a-Fe(Al), with rarely cracks existed in them.
