摘要
提出了一套用于中小型制造企业的数控机床联网与DNC应用的解决方案,方案中采用以太网设备与通讯服务器的形式将数控机床接入计算机网络。DNC系统的软件设计采用三层体系结构,以增加灵活性、满足企业的各种应用需求。开发了应用服务器软件与客户端管理软件,实现了数控机床与计算机之间的双向数据通讯、机床运行数据的采集以及数控程序的状态管理等功能。
Present a solution of CNC network construction and its application for middle-scale manufacturing enterprise. CNC tools are networked through ethernet device and communication server. The Software is designed according to three-tier architecture to adapt various application needs of enterprise. The application server and client software is also developed. The actual application indicate that bi-communicate between CNC and computer are achieved , CNC runing data accumulated and NC program process management are realized.
