提高数控系统基准脉冲直线插补速度及精度的研究 被引量:7

摘要 基于逐点比较法直线插补原理,将最小偏差法和半步偏差法有机地结合,提出新型基准脉冲插补的基本原理及流程图。与逐点比较法相比,各轴输出脉冲均匀,工件表面质量提高;减少插补次数,使数控系统插补速度提高30%以上;插补误差减小,插补精度提高一倍,而成本却不提高。 Based on the principle of point-by-point comparison method of linear interpolation, the fundamentals and flow charts of new basic pulse interpolation have been proposed by combining the minimum deviation and half-step deviation method. Compared with the point-by-point comparison method, the new algorithm has many advantages, such as uniform pulse output in each axis, high surface quality, the number of interpolation reduced and the speed of NC interpolation increased by 30% or more. In addition, this algorithm decreases interpolation errors and improves interpolation precision, however, the costs are not to raise.
