摘要
以葡萄糖和叔丁基对苯二酚为原料,用AgOTfa/SnC l4作为催化体系,合成碳糖苷,再经硝酸铈铵氧化,高立体选择性合成了一种新型的醌基碳糖苷,并通过IR、UV、1HNMR分析进行了化合物结构确证。
A new C -glycosyl benzoquinone has been synthesized from tert -butylhydroquinone and glucose with high stereoselectivity. The glycosylation reaction is catalyzed with AgOTfa/SnCl4. The structure of target compound is confirmed by IR, UV and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
