摘要
在模拟的含铅废水中同时加入Mg2+和Al3+,以NaOH和Na2CO3为沉淀剂,在Mg2+、Al3+共沉淀过程中Pb2+能部分取代Mg2+实时制备含铅类水滑石,并达到同时去除铅离子的目的。探讨了n[Mg+Pb]/nAl、nPb/n[Mg+Pb]、pH值、晶化时间、铅初始浓度对去除率的影响。当n[Mg+Pb]/nAl、nPb/n[Mg+Pb]为4和0.2,pH值为8~10,晶化时间12h以上,初始浓度在1000mg/L以下,铅去除率高达97%以上。XRD、FT-IR对沉淀产物结构分析证实,实时合成的产物为含铅类水滑石。
Adding Mg2+, Al3+, NaOH and Na2CO3 into wastewater containing Pb2+, the Pb2+ will be removed by Pb/Mg/Al- HTLCs synthesized in-situ. In this work, we studied the influence of [Mg+Pb]/Aland Pb/[Mg+Pb] mole ratio,pH value, crystallization time and Pb2+ initial concentration, on removal of Pb2+. The experimental results showed the maximum removal efficiency of Pb2+ could be attained when [Mg+Pb]/Al and Pb/[Mg+Pb] mole ratio were 4 and 0.2,pH was 8-10, crystallization time over 12h,Pb2+ initial concentration was under 1000mg/L, the removal efficiency could reach over97%. And confirmed by XRD, FTIR of settlings, showed that was HTLCs.
