摘要
目的观察四妙丸联合咪唑斯汀治疗湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法57例湿疹患者给予四妙丸联合咪唑斯汀口服治疗,4周为1个疗程。观察瘙痒、局部皮疹等项目评分,并观察不良反应,评价临床疗效。结果治疗1周总有效率为54.4%,治疗4周总有效率为84.2%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),未见严重不良反应。结论四妙丸联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ＂Simiao Pill＂ with mizolastine in the treatment of eczema. Methods Fifty-seven patients received ＂Simiao Pill＂, twice daily, and 10 mg mizolastine, once a day for g weeks. Scores of pruritus and skin rash were observed, and clinical efficacy and adverse effect were evaluated. Results The clinical effective rates after 1-week treatment and 4-week treatment were 54.4% and 84.2% respectively, with a significant difference between them （P 〈 0.01 ）. No severe adverse effect was found. Conclusion ＂Simiao Pill＂ with mizolastine is effective and safe for eczema.
