摘要
总结蔡小荪诊治不孕症的学术思想及临床经验。顺应月经周期调理冲任,辨病与辨证相结合;重视调补肝肾,调畅患者情志;提倡运用经方。
This paper summarizes Professor Cai Xiaosun＇s academic perspectives and clinical experiences in treating infertility. He proposes to regulate thoroughfare and cenception vessels in accordance with menstrual cycle, disease diagnosis combined with syndrome differentiation, and he also pays attention to adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney, regulating emotion; classical formulae are suggested.
