摘要
河北天户峪村是苹果生产专业村,该村的"村委会+集体企业+协会"的农村经济组织模式历经3次改革创新,取得了显著的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。文章对该农村经济组织模式的发展历程及实施效果进行总结,重点分析这种经济组织模式的利弊,并提出相应的对策建议,如制订集体企业的发展战略,改革利益分配方式,对果农进行正确的教育和引导等。
Tianhuyu village of Hebei province is a professional village about apple production. Through three reformation and innovation, its ＂Villager＇s committees ＋ Collectively-owned enterprises ＋Associations＂ rural economic organization mode has achieved remarkably ecological, social and economical benefits. The process and effect of this model was summarized in the paper, and its advantages and disadvantages analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and proposal were put forward, i.e., setting strategies for development of Collectively-owned enterprises, reforming benefit distribution pattern, educating and guiding fruit growers correctly.
