原发性干燥综合征42例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(primary sjogren's syndrome,pSS)的临床特点,为临床诊断提供借鉴。方法回顾性分析我院门诊及住院诊治的42例pSS患者的临床资料,总结其临床特点。结果本组首发症状表现多样化,以口眼干燥、关节肿痛、血液系统损害等常见。实验室检查以红细胞沉降率增快,抗核抗体、抗SSA、SSB、γ球蛋白、类风湿因子阳性,血IgG增高为主要表现。结论深入了解pSS的临床表现对提高诊断及治疗水平有重要意义。
