摘要
目的:探讨口服甲硝唑联合蛇床子散中药熏洗治疗妇女滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将120例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例患者采用口服甲硝唑联合蛇床子散中药熏洗治疗,对照组60例患者口服甲硝唑加阴道塞甲哨唑栓。结果:治疗组总有效率98.33%,明显优于对照组的85.00%(P<0.01)。结论:口服甲硝唑联合蛇床子散中药熏洗是更为有效的治疗妇女滴虫性阴道炎的方法。
Objective：To discuss the curative effect of oral metronidazole combining with fumigating and washing of shechuangzi pulvis in treating trichormonal vaginitis.Methods：Divided 120 trichomonal vaginitis patients in two groups,in which 60 patients was treating group and had oral metronidazole combined with fumigate and washing of shechuangzi pulvis;other 60 patients was control group and had oral and vaginal delivery of metronidazole.Results：The effective rate of group A was 98.33%,which was better than group B 85% （P 0.01）.Conclusion：Oral metronidazole combined with fumigate and washing of shechuangzi pulvis are a effective method to treat trichormonal vaginitis.
