摘要
公共财政学课程是我国高校经济学本科专业的核心课程,在经济学科相关专业课程体系中具有举足轻重的地位,因而,提升公共财政学课程的教学质量意义重大。为此,基于笔者长期从事该课程教学的经验与体会,在教学过程中对明确课程的逻辑起点;把握课程教学内容的基本框架;运用定量分析方法;实施案例教学,强化理论联系实际;扩展教师自身的知识面等几个方面应着力予以关注。
As a core course for the undergraduates majoring in economics, Public Finance plays a pivotal role in curriculum system of the relevant subjects in China's universities, and it is of great importance to enhance the quality of its teaching. The authors of this paper, based on their teaching experience, intend to give some advice about how to upgrade the teaching quality of the course as follows: (i) to be well aware of its logical starting point, (ii) to seize on its framework, (iii) to use a method of quantitative analysis, (iv) to implement case-based teaching and combine theory with practice, (v) to extend the scope of teachers' own knowledge.
