摘要
通过对企业优化前后的状况进行对比分析,研究企业运作优化对其竞争优势的影响,其结果表明:企业的运作是各个结构层次相互促进、相互协调的过程,运作优化从基层开始,由下而上传递至高层。
Based on the eontrastive analysis of the enterprise condition before and after the optimizations , the paper analyzes how the enterprise operation optimizations influence its competitive advantage. Result shows that enterprise operation is a process that each structure level is mutual promoting and intercoordinating, and the operation optimizations mutually start from the basic unit, and then transmit from bottom to top.
