摘要
目的应用玻璃纤维桩和树脂冠即刻修复青少年冠折上前牙,随访2年并评价其临床效果。方法对37例45颗青少年冠折上前牙行完善根管治疗后,应用玻璃纤维桩和树脂冠即刻修复,定期复查,评价其临床效果。结果随访2年内未见纤维桩折断,根折、及根尖周病变,仅有1例纤维桩脱落,5例树脂冠脱落,经过重新粘接或制作,均达到患者满意。结论应用玻璃纤维桩和树脂冠即刻修复青少年冠折上前牙,是成功有效的过渡性治疗方法,可以较好保持美观和牙间位置,降低根折风险。
Objective To observe the 2-yeaar outcome using fiber posts and resin crowns direct restoration of crown fracture anterior teeth in child. Method 45 endodontically treated fractured anterior teeth of 37 child were restored with glass fiber post and resin crown. All cases were scheduled regularity to access the effect of clinical treatments. Result At two years, we haven＇ t observed root or post fracture and periapical lesion, only 1 case developed debonding, 5 cases resin crowns debonding were retreated and resulted in good patient compliance. Conclusion Fiber Posts and resin crowns direct restoration of endodontically treated anterior teeth in child maybe a successful and effective transition trealraents. It may keep beautiful outlook ,teeth location and decreases the risk of root fracture.
