摘要
目的:探讨九华膏联合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将80例肛窦炎患者随机分为九华膏联合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪药物理疗组(治疗组)40例和单纯TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪理疗组(对照组)40例,比较两组疗效、疗程等相关指标的差异。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90%,两组总疗效、疗程、治愈病例3个月后复发情况比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:九华膏联合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪使中医外治敷药法与现代物理疗法相结合,形成一种肛门药物理疗方法,该法是治疗肛窦炎疗效高、疗程短、复发少的一种新方法。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of medicinal Jiuhua cream combined with TRM - Ⅲtype anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus and its mechanism in the treatment of anal cryptitis. Methods： 80 patients with anal cryptitis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups { 40 cases for each group ）. The therapy of medicinal Jiuhua cream combined with TRM -Ⅲ type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus was adopted in the treatment group and the patients in the control group were treated with only TRM -Ⅲ type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus. The curative effect, course of treatment and other related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group. There were significant differences in the comparison of the total effect, course of treatment, recurrence of cured patients after 3 months between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Medicinal Jiuhua cream combined with anorectal lumen therapy integrates external application of traditional Chinese medicine with modern physical therapy to form a drug plus physical therapeutic method in the treatment of anal cryptitis. The new method is more effective and the course of treatment can be shortened and recurrence be reduced.
