摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定清脑降压片中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为278nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.1765～2.118μg线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.38%,RSD=0.85%(n=6)。结论:本方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baiealin in Qingnao Jiangya tablets. Methods： The HPLC method was used. The sample was analyzed on an Kromasil C18 （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm） column, using methanol -0. 4% phosphorie acid （50：50） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 8mL·min ^-1 and the detection wavelength was 278nm. Results： Baiealin had the good linearity in the range of 0. 176 5 -2. 118μg（r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 99. 38% （RSD =0. 85% ）. Conclusion： The method was accurate and reproducible, can be used for the quality control of Qingnao Jiangya tablets.
