随着铁路客运量的增长和火车速度的提高,铁路路外伤亡事故呈逐年增长的趋势。这给铁路运输和人民生命、财产及社会和谐稳定带来严重威胁。因此,加强安全防护意识,减少铁路路外伤亡事故就显得尤其重要。
With the growth of railway passengers and increase in train speed, accidents happened in the railway transportation shows an upward trend year by year. It brings heavy threaten to the railway transportation, people＇s life and property and social harmonious stability. Therefore, a sense of safety defend enhance and the decrease of accidents happened in the railway transportation are particularly important.
