大豆异黄酮对大鼠脑胶质瘤血管生成的影响 被引量:2

The effect of soybean isoflavones on angiogenesis of neurospongioma in rats

摘要 目的:观察大豆异黄酮(soybean isoflavones)对大鼠脑胶质瘤血管生成的影响。方法:建立大鼠脑胶质瘤模型,分为对照组和大豆异黄酮(33、100、300mg/kg)4组,分别采用real time PCR、免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织中VEGF-A mRNA和蛋白含量;采用CD34标记血管内皮细胞,检测各组动物间微血管密度(microvessel dinsity,MVD)的值。结果:大豆异黄酮能明显降低大鼠脑胶质瘤的MVD值、VEGF-A mRNA和蛋白含量。结论:大豆异黄酮能减少大鼠胶质瘤的血管生成。 Object:To study the effect of soybean isoflavones on angiogenesis of neurospongioma in rats.Method:Rats injected by C6 cells were divide into control group and three soybean isoflavones groups(33,100,300 mg/kg).Vascular endothelial cells were marked by CD34,microvessel dinsity was detected.Contents of VEGF-A mRNA and protein were detected by real-time PCR and immunohistochemical methods.Result:In soybean isoflavones groups,contents of VEGF-A mRNA and protein were decreased markedly.The MVD of soybean isoflavones groups was decreased markedly.Conclusion:Soybean isoflavones could decrease angiogenesis of neurospongioma in rats.
