宫颈癌组织中Trail受体DR4与凋亡相关蛋白Bax表达及其临床意义的研究

摘要 目的:通过检测宫颈癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(Trail)的受体DR4及凋亡相关蛋白Bax的表达,探讨宫颈癌组织中的细胞凋亡因素,为寻找新的治疗途径提供思路。方法:随机选取41例宫颈鳞癌患者按照分化程度分高/中分化组(A组)23例和低分化组(B组)18例,选取20例慢性宫颈炎患者作为对照组(C组),利用免疫组织化学ABC染色法检测宫颈癌组织中DR4和Bax的表达。结果:DR4、Bax在3组中均有表达,C组中DR4表达最高,为4.72±0.35,与A、B组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组DR4表达为3.23±1.94,高于B组的1.35±1.14,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。Bax在C组中表达最低,为6.05±1.04,在A组中表达最高,3组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:分化程度高的癌组织中DR4和凋亡因子Bax表达高于分化程度低的癌组织,DR4、Bax的表达与宫颈癌的预后有关。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the factors of cellular apoptosis through the determination of the Trail-receptor DR4 and Bax, so as to find a new therapy for cervical carcinoma. METHODS: Forty-one cases of cervical carcinoma tissues were selected, with 18 cases of less differentiation (Group B), and 23 cases of more differentiation(Group A), and 20 cases of chronic cervicitis(Group C). Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detemin DR4 and bax. RESULTS: The Group C expressed the most DR4 (4.72± 0.35), and there was a significant difference among the 3 groups(P〈0.05). The expression of DR4 was (3.23±1.94)in Group A, which was higher than that in Group B (1.35±1.14, P(0.05). The Group Aexpressed the most Bax, and the least in Group C(6.05±1.04, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Tissues with more differentiation have more expression of DR4 and Bax, and the expression of them may be concerd with the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
