体外反搏对颈动脉血管内壁损伤的干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察反搏治疗组与未反搏治疗组颈动脉血管内斑块形成及血管壁损伤的变化。方法体外反搏治疗组165例,反搏治疗时间1-9年;未反搏治疗组68例,采用彩色超声波检测颈动脉血管壁损伤状态。结果反搏治疗组血管壁损伤异常率占15.2%,斑块形成占11.5%;未反搏治疗组血管损伤异常率占63.2%,斑块形成占51.5%;两组存在明显差异(P〈0.01)。结论体外反搏治疗可以降低血管壁损伤发病率,预防斑块形成。 Aim To observe the changes in carotid arteriosclerosis plaque formation and injury between External Counterpulsation(ECP) group and no ECP group.Methods 165 patients(1-9 years) in treatment group by ECP and 68 patients without treatment were checked in carotid arteries with echo Doppler examination.Results Vessel wall injury in ECP group was 15.2% and carotid arteriosclerosis plaque formation was 11.5%.Vessel wall injury in no ECP group was 63.2% and carotid arteriosclerosis plaque formation was 51.5%.There were significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion ECP can reduce the incidence of vessel wall injury,preventing plaque formation.
