In this paper, superparametric discontinuous boundary elements are developed to discretise boundary iotegral equation of three-dimensional Laplace equation and Helmholtz equation. Quadratic polar coordinate transformation is employed to evaluate the singular integraIs. It is illustrated that the associated strongly singular integrals cax be obtained
