摘要
目的:改善住院费用审核的业务处理流程。方法:克服了分散审核模式的困难,将目前出院结算时集中审核改为在院期间分散审核。结果:通过业务流程改造,由被动审核变为主动审核,解决了出院结算排队问题。结论:借助信息系统,设计并实现了住院费用审核新的业务处理流程,提高了业务人员工作效率和质量,减轻了工作压力,获得了工作的主动权,也提高了医院服务质量,具有很高的应用推广价值。
Abstract Objective To improve the flow for hospitalization fee audit. Methods Centralized hospitalization fee when the patient discharged from the hospital was turned into decentralized one during hospitalization. Results The resulted active audit from passive one eliminated queuing during fees settlement when the patient discharged from the hospital Conclusion Centralized audit improves the work efficiency and quality, lightens the work pressure, returns the initiative to staffs, at the same time improves the service quality.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 （2） ：103,105]
