摘要
定量PCR技术以其特异性好、灵敏度高、简便快速等特点已被广泛应用于分子生物学及临床医学等领域,用以诊断或辅助诊断病原微生物感染引起的疾病和肿瘤等。介绍了如何保证临床检测结果的准确性和可靠性,以及规范定量PCR实验室管理的重要性,对PCR技术的背景、特点及临床PCR实验室设置、人员管理、操作规程的规范化及质量控制对策等方面进行了论述。
Fluorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR） is an emerging technique with high specificity, susceptibility, convenience and has been widely used in molecular biology and clinical medicine field for diagnosis or auxiliary diagnosis of some diseases originated by microorganism and tumor. It is especially important to perform standard laboratory management of FQ-PCR for accurate and reliable detection. The background and characteristic of PCR technology, installation of laboratory, personnel management, standard operating procedure（SOP）and strategy of quality control are introduced.[Chinese Medical Equipment Joumal, 201 O, 31 （2） ：84,87]
