摘要
采用紫外辐射接枝方法将亲水性单体三甲基烯丙基氯化铵(TMAAC)接枝到聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维超滤膜上,制备了带季铵基的荷正电膜.测试PAN-g-TMAAC膜的红外光谱(FTIR),出现了-N(CH3)3-骨架振动吸收峰,表面的静态接触角由基膜的38.55°下降到15.13°,证明季铵基接枝到PAN膜上,提高了膜的亲水性.实验表明:当溶液的pH值小于BSA的等电点(pH=4.7)时,荷正电膜利用与带有正电荷的BSA之间的静电排斥作用,使其对BSA的截留率由基膜的76.7%提高到了90.2%.
Positively charged hollow fiber membrane with quaternary ammonium group was prepared by UV-induced grafting polymerization. Hydrophilic monomer allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (TMAAC) was grafted onto the surface of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ultrafiltration membrane. The FTIR of PAN-g-TMAAC showed. -N (CH3)3- skeleton vibration absorption peak. The static contact angle decreased from 38.55° to 15.13°. It is proved that the quaternary ammonium group had grafted onto PAN membrane, and the hydrophilic of membrane was increased. When the pH value of solution was below the isoelectric point of bovine serum albumin (BSA), the electrostatic repulsion between the BSA and PAN-g-TMAAC membrane led to the increase of retention rate for PAN-g-TMAAC membrane from 76.7% to 90.2%.
