摘要
目的探讨温馨提示簿在临床护理管理的应用效果。方法以不记名,不点名的形式由科室护理人员主动登记护理活动过程中存在的护理缺陷及不良事件,护士长组织学习讨论,让全体护士提出建议并尽早改正。结果反复出现的护理缺陷、病人投诉次数明显减少,病人及医生对护士的满意度均优于实施前。结论温馨提示簿的实施有效、可行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Goal discussion warm prompt book in clinical nursing management application effect.Methods by payable to bearer, does not mention by name the form on own initiative registers the nursing flaw by the administrative offices nursing staff which in the nursing process exists and not the good event, head nurse organizes to study the discussion, lets all nurse propose the suggestion and corrects as soon as possible.Result The result appears repeatedly the nursing flaw, the patient sue the number of times to reduce obviously, the patient and doctor surpass before the implementation to nurse's degree of satisfaction. Conclusion The warm prompt book implementation is effective, feasible, is worth the clinical promoted application.
