摘要
目的建立测定康艾注射液中主要有效成分氧化苦参碱的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5um),n099902Ser.no:8023811;流动相:甲醇-醋酸盐缓冲液(30:70),流速1.0ml/min;柱温20℃;检测波长210nm;柱温:室温;进样量:20ul。结果该方法的回收率大于95%,方法回收率、精密度,稳定性、重复性良好,RSD均小于5%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂的质控。
Objective To establish the HPLC method for oxymatrine analyses in Kangai injection. Method: Diamonsil C18 column ( particle size 5 um, 200 mm ×4.6 mm ) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was composed as A: ( methanol ) and B: ( ammonium acetate buffer solution ) ( 12.5 mmol/L, 30:. 70, V: V ), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, The detection of oxymatrine was performed at wavelength of 210nm and normal temperature. Results Linear range of oxymatrine in the method were 3. 25-120 mg·L^-1, correlation coefficient is 0.9999, respectively, the minimal concentration of detection of oxymatrine were 0.80 mg ·L^-1. Conclusions A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic ( RP-HPLC )method for simultaneous determination of oxymatrine in Kangai decoction was established, the method could be used for the analyses of oxymatrine in Kangai injection.
