氨基葡萄糖联合醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊治疗骨关节炎的疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨氨基葡萄糖联合醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效。方法随机选取门诊膝关节炎患者80例，分为治疗组与对照组各40例，治疗组予盐酸氨基葡萄联合醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊治疗。对照组予布洛芬＋维生素C＋维生素E治疗，共治疗30天，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈21例，显效9例，有效5例，总有效率87．50％，对照组痊愈8例，显效10例，有效6例，总有效率60％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论氨基葡萄糖联合醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。
