摘要
从氧气顶吹转炉脱磷的热力学分析入手,探讨了冶炼过程中炉渣碱度、(FeO)含量对脱磷的影响、回磷的原因、影响因素及防止措施等,指出造渣过程应将炉渣碱度和(FeO)含量控制在合理范围内,同时必须应重视钢水的回磷问题。
The paper discussed the effect of slag basicity and FeO on dephosphorization, reason of re- phosphorization, influencing factor and prevent measure on the basis of thermodynamic analyzing of de- phosphorization in BOF. It pointed out that the slag basicity and FeO should be controlled in a reasonable range, and rephosphorization of molten steel should be paid more attention.
