电液比例溢流阀特性分析与仿真研究 被引量:24

摘要 阐述了一种能够解决负力拖动机械系统制动问题的液压调速软制动器的核心元件——电液比例溢流阀,分析了电液比例溢流阀的工作机理,利用功率键合图理论和Matlab软件对电液比例溢流阀调压系统的动态特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该阀的压力调节特性与调压系统的参数有很大关系,在合适的系统参数值下,调压时反应迅速,并具有较好的稳定性。采用Fluent软件对电液比例溢流阀在一定工作压力下的内部流场进行了数值仿真,得到了该阀内流体的压力和速度变化情况。研究表明,该阀具有压力调节可靠,响应快,性能稳定等特点。 Elaborated the core part of hydraulic soft brake which can solve the brake question of the negative strength dragging mechanical system:electricity-liquid proportion overflow valve, analyzed the electricity-liquid proportion over- flow valve' s work mechanism, and carried on the simulation analysis for the dynamic characteristic of the electricity- liquid proportion overflow valve' s pressure-regulating system with the power band graph theory and the Matlab soft- ware. The simulation shows that pressure control characteristics of this valve has the great relations with the parameter of pressure-regulating system. The valve responds rapidly and has the good stability when the system parameter is ap- propriate. Used the Fluent software to carry on the internal flow field' s numerical simulation of electricity-liquid pro- portion overflow valve under certain working pressure, and obtained the fluid pressure and the speed change situation of this valve. The research indicates that this valve has the characteristics such as pressure regulating reliable, responds quickly, stable property and so on.
