摘要
针对突水模型试验中对传感器的特殊要求,基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)技术,研制了新型的光纤光栅位移、应力、渗压和温度传感器。所研制的光纤光栅传感器不仅体积小、精度高,而且性能稳定、读数可靠,完全满足突水条件下实时采集数据的要求。在矿井突水模型试验中,将各传感器预埋于模型内部关键位置,成功地实现了对突水过程多场信息的实时监测。试验结果揭示了矿井突水前兆特征,说明了新型光纤传感器在突水模型试验中的有效性和可行性。
Fiber Bragg grating displacement, stress, seepage pressure and temperature sensors were developed based on Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) technology. These sensors have the characters of small size, high precision, stable perform- ance and reliable data-collecting which completely satisfy the need of the real-time date-collecting under the condition of water inrush. The sensors were pre-embedded in the key positions of the model, and the real-time monitoring for multi-field information was successfully realized through the entire process of water inrush. The experimental results not only reveal the precursory characteristics of mine water inrush, but also verify the validity and feasibility of these opti- cal sensors in the water-inrush model test.
