摘要
通过小尺度瓦斯爆炸实验管道系统模拟瓦斯爆炸,利用高速摄影机捕捉瓦斯爆炸早期可见光特征,以及Matlab分析实验数据,初步得出不同瓦斯浓度下爆炸感应期内可见光分布规律和光亮度最值特征参数,并详细分析了瓦斯浓度对特征参数的影响。结果表明:瓦斯爆炸感应期内光亮度最大值、光亮度平均值、光亮度变化率最值均随浓度的增大而增大。这主要是由于不同浓度瓦斯燃烧充分程度和放出能量不同,瓦斯燃烧越充分,发出的可见光亮度值越小;瓦斯燃烧放出的能量越大,发出的可见光亮度值越大。瓦斯浓度对爆炸感应期内燃烧光亮度阈值的影响不大;大致相等的燃烧光亮度阈值为判断瓦斯开始燃烧提供更为简单的判据。
The gas explosion experiment was made in the small scale laneway system. The characteristic of the visible light emitted by the gas explosion in the initial stages was shot by the fast camera. The data was analyzed by the soft- ware named Matlab. The distribution of the visible light emitted by the gas explosion in the induction period and the characteristic data of the maximum of the lightness of the visible light was educed. The effect of the concentration of gas to the characteristic data of the visible light was analyzed in detail. The results show that the biggest lightness, the average lightness and the biggest rate of change of the visible light in induction increase with the concentration of gas increasing, which is mainly because of the differences of the reaction degree of the gas combustion and the energy emitted by the gas combustion with the different concentration of gas. The more complete the reaction degree combustion, the less the lightness of visible light emitted by the gas combustion. The more great the energy of the gas emitted by the gas combustion, the more great the lightness of visible light. It is not visible that the concentration of the gas affects to the threshold of the lightness of visible light to judge ignition which is much the same, so the criterion of judging ig- nition becomes easier.
