摘要
改革开放中的每一项成功的实践,都是不断冲破传统思想牢笼的结果。解放思想,冲破思想的牢笼,实现思想的自由,是一个"永续"的过程。要冲破思维定势,勇于超越自我;打破既得利益障碍,落实以民为本的理念;破除条条框框,善于借鉴人类文明成果;挑战体制顽症,解决改革发展的深层次问题。
Each successful practice of China＇s reform and opening-- up is the result of consistent shaking --off of ideological shackles. And this process of emancipating the mind and shaking off ideological shackles is a constant and continuous one. Ideological stereotypes ought to be broken so as to surpass ourselves;obstacles from the advantaged groups must be removed to realize the people--first concept; restricting forces should be cast away and we ought to be open to welcome in fruits of all human civilizations; and deficiencies in system should be challenged to solve the deeper problems for reform and opening--up.
