空-空能量回收装置阻力特性的仿真研究

摘要 通过对空气-空气能量回收装置换热芯体压降特性的影响因素进行了计算机仿真分析,结果表明芯体的板间距、板宽(高)以及一、二次空气进口风速的变化,都会对空气-空气能量回收装置的阻力损失产生不同程度的影响,这对于空气-空气能量回收装置的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。 Through carrying out computer simulation analysis on air to air energy recovery equipment, the analysis research mainly aims at pressure dropping characteristics among the factors which influence the core of the heat exchanger, the results show that:as the plate spacing, plate width, plate height, as well as changes in a secondary air inlet velocity core, all of them will have different effects on the air to air energy recovery unit of the resistance loss, which is useful to air to air energy recovery unit to optimize the design.
