摘要
教师是高师英语师范生教师职业技能形成的重要人物。根据中介作用理论,我们认为,教师在师范生技能培养中应该充分发挥中介作用,通过指令性、选择性、协作性等多种方式帮助学生正确认识自己的学习目的和意义,学会自主学习,合作发展。
Teacher is an important figure in developing teaching techniques of English normal students. The theory of mediation indicates that teacher should mediate in the development of students＇ professional competence and by different ways, help students realize the significance of learning tasks and learn to learn autonomously and cooperatively.
