摘要
提供了单丝涂油器没有使用变频技术时,整个原丝筒可燃物含量的变化数据,分析了产生原丝可燃物含量变化明显的原因。采用单丝涂油器变频技术对原丝筒可燃物含量的稳定性加以控制后,整个原丝筒的该项性能得到了较大的提高,进而提高了玻璃纤维产品质量的稳定性。
Regarding the variation of combustible matter content in glass fiber cakes formed using size applicators without variable frequency control, the reasons for such variation were analyzed. By using variable frequency technology to control the size applicators, the consistence of combustible matter content in whole glass fiber cakes were significantly enhanced, thus resulting in higher stability of the quality of fiberglass products.
