摘要
以LY型农用喷雾车喷头为研究对象,基于流体力学理论,建立了数学喷射管模型,分析了引流喷射管的吸风量和耗水量,得出了耗水量与水压力间、吸风量与水压力间的关系。采用MATLAB仿真软件作出了喷嘴直径与降尘喷雾效率间的关系。最终决定采用喷嘴直径为1.5 mm的自旋转喷雾喷头。
Taking the spray - head of LY - type agricultural - spraying machine as the researched object, based on the hydro mechanics theory, the author established the mathematic model of the spraying tube, analyzed the suction air quantity and water consumption of the drainage spraying tube, and educed the relationship between the suction air quantity and water pressure, and between the water consumption and water pressure. With MATLAB software, the relationship between the spray - nozzle diameter and spraying efficiency was concluded. Based on above research results, spray -nozzle with 1.5 mm diameter was used finally.
