印楝素/羧甲基壳聚糖/磷酸化壳聚糖纳米粒子的制备、性能与表征 被引量:3

Preparation,Properties and Characteristics of Azadirachtin/Carboxymethyl Chitosan/Phosphorylation Chitosan Nanoparticles

摘要 为了克服壳聚糖只能溶于酸性水溶液的局限,对壳聚糖进行了化学修饰,通过引入磷酸基官能团,合成了可溶于中性水的壳聚糖衍生物—磷酸化壳聚糖。以磷酸化壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖为基材,用聚电解质复合法制备了印楝素/羧甲基壳聚糖/磷酸化壳聚糖纳米粒子水分散制剂。测试结果表明,纳米粒子的平均粒径为200—300nm,纳米粒子对印楝素的负载率最大可达43.5%。 In order to overcome the disadvantage ( dissolved only in acid water solution) of chitosan, chitosan was modified by chemical method. A water-soluble chitosan derivative phosphorylation chitosan ( PCS ) was synthesized by introducing phosphonic group into chitosan. According to the static electric interaction between positive polyelectmlyte and negative polyeleetrolyte, azadirach2 tin/carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC)/PCS dispersible formulation was prepared by using PCS and CMC as basic materials. The experimental results show that the particle size of azadirachtin/CMC/PCS nanoparticles is between 200 nm and 300 nm. The encapsulation efficiency of the nanoparticles to azadirachtin is up to 43.5%.
