沐舒坦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察被引量：2

摘要慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是目前全球第二大慢性非传染性呼吸系统疾病，严重威胁着人类健康。慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）是导致COPD患者肺功能恶化和病情不断进展的一个重要因素。COPD急性加重期表现为气促加重、痰量增加、脓性痰。临床上抗感染及祛痰在COPD急性加重期的治疗中是至关重要的。沐舒坦（化学名盐酸氨溴索）是广泛应用的黏液溶解剂，研究发现其对防治COPD有良好的效果。我们对沐舒坦治疗COPD的临床疗效进行了观察，报告如下。
