摘要
目的:观察中西医结合配合推按运经仪治疗肾及输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:将85例肾、输尿管结石患者(结石直径在0.5厘米以上者先予体外震波碎石治疗)随机分为两组,治疗组给予西药及中药排石汤配合推按运经仪治疗,对照组给予西药治疗。两组疗程均在20天内,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效(痊愈+显效率为92.7%)明显优于对照组(痊愈+显效率为31.9%),两者比较统计学差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合配合推按运经仪能明显提高肾、输尿管结石排出率。
Goal： The observation the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine coordination pushes according to transports after the meter treatment kidney and the ureterolithiasis clinical curative effect.Method： 85 example kidneys, the ureterolithiasis patient （stone diameter first gives in vitro seismic wave crushed stone treatment above 0.5 centimeter） to divide into two groups stochastically, the treatment group gives the western medicine and Chinese native medicine row of Shi Tang coordinates to push according to transports after the meter treatment, the control group gives the western medicine treatment.Two groups of treatment courses in 20 days, compared with two groups of clinical curative effects.Finally： The treatment group clinical curative effect （healing reveals efficiency 92.7%） to surpass the control group （healing to reveal efficiency 31.9%） obviously, both comparison statistics difference has the significance significance （p〈0.01）.Conelusion： The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine coordination pushes according to transports can enhance the kidney, the ureterolithiasis rate of discharge obviously after the meter.
