C8051F单片机在高压共轨调压阀驱动电路中的应用与研究

Application and Research of C8051F Single-Chip Computer on Driving Circuit for High-Pressure Common-Rail Pressure Regulating Valve

摘要 介绍以C8051F310为核心的单片机控制系统,以及由压力调节阀驱动电路模块、信号放大比较电路模块组成的电流闭环系统,利用其捕捉比较模块中的高速输出方式,通过对PWM占空比的调节,对高压泵压力调节阀电流进行控制,以实现对高压泵调压阀出口油压柔性精确的控制。 A single-chip computer control system taking C8051F310 as core, as well as the current closedloop system composed of pressure regulating valve driving circuit module and signal amplifying comparing circuit module are introduced. It's applied to capture the high-speed output in comparing module. The current of is controlled via adjusting the pulse-width modulation duty ratio. Thus the outlet oil pressure control of pressure-regulating valve for high-pressure pump is realized.
