摘要
基于流固耦合理论,采用VB语言对三维计算流体动力学软件SC/Tetra和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了二次开发,编写了弱耦合分析的接口程序。利用此程序对某柴油机塑料冷却风扇在发动机标定工况下进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:考虑风扇流固耦合作用后,计算得到的风扇流量更接近试验值;该方法为柴油机柔性风扇的设计与优化提供数值计算平台,具有普遍的指导意义。
Based on fluid solid interaction (FSI) theory, the secondary development in the multidimensional CFD code SC/Tetra and the FEM code ANSYS was carried on and a weak-coupled interface program was developed under the VB environment. The simulation of the cooling fan of diesel engine with this program was carried out at rated operating condition. The results show that the calculated flow rate considering the effect of FSI of fan accords with the test data well, and this method provides a numerical calculation platform and general guidelines for design and optimization of flexible fans.
