提出了一个质量功能配置的多目标规划模型,它能够辅助产品开发人员作出有效的决策,使所设计的产品在有限的资源约束下能最大限度地满足顾客需求。该模型充分利用了质量屋中各个组成部分的信息,能够权衡、优化质量屋中存在的各种矛盾和冲突。实例研究表明。
In this paper, a multi goal programming model for Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is proposed, which aims at helping the product development team make decision effectively to maximize customer satisfaction with limited resources. The proposed model uses the information in almost every part of the House of Quality (HOQ), including the planning matrix for customer requirements, the relation matrix between customer requirements and technical characteristics, the correlation matrix between technical characteristics, and can offer optimized solution to the conflicts in HOQ. The goals of T (Time), Q (Quality), and C (Cost) for QFD and CE (Concurrent Engineering) are embodied in the multi goal model. A case concerning the development of a refrigerator is presented to verify the proposed approach and the results obtained are analyzed, which show that this model is reasonable and effective.
